Yes. You can configure private rooms, twin-sharing and dorm-style beds within the same property and price each bed type differently.

What will co-living management software cost my brand?
There is no software subscription for operators. Residents pay a one-time ₹199 smart-onboarding fee on joining, and once you have listed a property and onboarded 10 paid residents your access is free for life; if not, a single ₹1,999 activation fee unlocks lifetime free use.
