Terms of Use

The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our" / "Company" individually and collectively refer to Quickstay Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as StayPe). The terms "You" / "User" refer to property owners, managers or authorized operators who register on or use the StayPe property management platform, available via website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using StayPe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are advised to refrain from using the Platform.

1. Use of Platform

StayPe offers a property management solution enabling Users to manage properties, collect rent, monitor complaints, maintain inventory and access analytics. The Platform is intended solely for authorized property owners or their managers/operators. By using the Platform, you warrant that you have the legal authority to manage and operate the listed properties.

2. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, software, code, content, graphics and other intellectual property displayed or accessible via StayPe are either owned by or licensed to the Company. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of any content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StayPe lawfully and for intended property management purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or hack the platform.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful content.
  • Harass, abuse or harm other users or our staff.

4. Data Privacy and KYC Compliance

You may be required to submit KYC documentation (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar, lease agreements) for identity verification and compliance purposes. By using StayPe, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal and business data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Where applicable, you authorize StayPe to validate your information with government or third-party services (e.g., UIDAI for Aadhaar verification) to ensure compliance.

5. Payment Facilitation and Authorization

StayPe may enable rent collection and other payments through integrated third-party payment gateways. By using these services, you:

  • Authorize us to facilitate the transaction process.
  • Agree to abide by the terms and policies of the respective payment gateway providers.
  • Acknowledge that transaction fees may apply as per the plan selected.

StayPe does not operate as a financial institution and is not liable for any disputes between you and tenants related to rent, charges or refunds.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StayPe, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use or misuse of the Platform.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Any data or content you submit or manage on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

StayPe and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data or goodwill.
  • Service interruptions or system failures.
  • Unauthorized access to your data.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to StayPe for services rendered, if any, in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform post-update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

9. Termination

StayPe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram Jurisdiction.
