Yes. Once the Forever Free plan is activated, the owner pays ₹0 as a monthly or annual software subscription fee. A minimal tenant onboarding fee applies when a tenant joins your ecosystem.

How do I activate the Forever Free plan?

Add at least one property and complete 10 tenant onboardings during the initial 14-day activation window. Completing this milestone activates the Forever Free software plan without an owner activation fee.

What happens if I do not complete the activation milestone?

You can still activate the Forever Free software plan with a one-time ₹1,999 activation fee. After activation, the owner’s software subscription remains ₹0.

Is there a tenant onboarding fee?

Yes. A minimal tenant onboarding fee is paid by the tenant when they enter your PG or co-living ecosystem.

Can StayPe manage more than one PG?
