Yes. You can generate and share digital agreements during onboarding so both you and the tenant have a signed record without paperwork.
How is tenant management software priced in India?
The software is free for owners with no subscription fees. Tenants pay a one-time ₹199 smart-onboarding fee when they join, and if you list a property and onboard 10 paid tenants you keep lifetime free access, otherwise a one-time ₹1,999 activation fee applies.
Can I track tenants who are on notice or moving out?
Yes. You can mark tenants on notice, track their move-out date and settle any pending dues or deposits before their profile is closed.
